Dear Guest,
We would like you to relax and feel well during your stay with us.
Therefore, we intend to do everything we can in order to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. There are a few rules (laws) that we ask you to adhere to, so that they become contractually binding, from both sides - the guest and the host - when a booking is made.

1. Booking and closure of contract
The booking becomes legally upon issue of the written confirmation of booking by guest.

2. Arrival and departure
The day of arrival and the day of departure are counted as a only day. The rooms / holiday apartments are available for your use as of 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-in should occur before 9:00 p.m. (later check-in time possible if arranged with us in advance). Please check-out by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

3. Payment
Payment for your stay at our hotel is to be made upon arrival at the reception; we accept payment in cash or via EC-card.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing and requires written confirmation to be valid.

Cancellation fees:
30 days or more prior to the date of arrival: 15% of the total price 29 - 10 days prior to the date of arrival: 30% of the total price 4 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% of the total price within 3 days of the date of arrival: 80% of the total price In the case of fire, water damage, storm damage, other acts of god, or any event beyond the control of the host that would hinder him from fulfilling his contractual obligations, the guest retains the right to withdraw from the contract, without having any claim to damages.

Additional terms and conditions also applies to the behavior of third parties (children or others in the guest's party)

The parking lot and playground are to be used at the guest's own risk. Parking on green areas is forbidden.

The host assumes no liability for loss or damage to items brought with the guest including the car.

The rental agreement of the rooms / holiday apartments includes all furnishings and proper belongings. Furnishings may not be removed at any time, even temporarily.Compensation for any damages to the room / holiday apartment or missing items resulting during the period of the rental agreement is to be made by the guest at the actual cost incurred to him/her for replacement.

The rental rates and the maximum occupancy of the rooms / holiday apartments are governed by the valid price list at any given time. Any use of the rooms / holiday apartments that violates the terms of the contract such as sub-letting, exceeding the maximum occupancy stipulations, disturbing the peace, etc. warrants immediate cancellation of the contract.

In the case of the guest's failure to pay the invoice, the host is authorized to take into his custody any of the guest's belongings brought with the guest onto the host's property until payment of the invoice is received.
